Rise and Shine Mission/Goal

The Family Stability’s Rise and Shine Program is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of families by providing comprehensive services aimed at achieving housing stability, financial independence, and educational success. By addressing the needs of both parents and children simultaneously, the Rise and Shine program provides a holistic approach known as the “Two-Generation” (2Gen) strategy—the program fosters resilience and self-sufficiency within families.  The Rise and Shine program is committed to creating a supportive environment where families can grow together, overcome obstacles, and achieve their full potential by integrating financial assistance, educational opportunities, resource connections, and savings programs.
