Campaign for Working Families (CWF) is seeking highly motivated, mature individuals for an exciting internship opportunity that will begin January 2026.
Tax Associate Intern
Tax Associates are trained to guide clients through the intake process, prepare taxes using IRS software, and review returns for accuracy and compliance. They also assist tax site managers with administrative operations.
- No prior tax knowledge required

Alyssa Feliciano (2024 Intern)
“Since my internship with Campaign for Working Families, I’ve been pursuing my MBA with a concentration in AI Leadership at the Jack Welch Management Institute. I’m on track to graduate in summer 2026. Also, since graduating with my bachelor’s in finance from Penn State Abington, I’ve been in a three-year Accounting and Finance Rotational Program at Holman headquarters in South Jersey. I completed my first rotation in Corporate Credit, where I worked with new AI systems to advance credit analysis. I’m now in my second rotation in the Small Business Solutions sector, where I’ve been taking on more of a staff accountant role.
My experience with Campaign for Working Families has continued to help me throughout my career. The internship gave me the chance to strengthen my communication skills while working in person with such an amazing and supportive team. It also provided me with a strong foundation to connect with managers in my current organization, as many have backgrounds in the tax industry.
