Assistant Director, Workforce and Asset Development

The Assistant Director Workforce and Asset Development is a strategic leader responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive workforce, asset development and benefit programs to empower individuals and families in their journey towards economic self-sufficiency and mobility. This role entails developing and managing initiatives that facilitate access to a range of workforce development services and social benefits, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and objectives.


Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant will play a crucial role in supporting the Campaign for Working Families financial operations. This
position is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, including but not limited to, accounts payable and
receivable, general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, and preparation for audits. The successful candidate will
work closely with the Director of Finance to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.
